Lunches For Vikings
Is a volunteer-led summer program that offers free bag lunches to kids in the Stoughton Area School District, who are in need of food assistance or are experiencing food insecurities. Summer lunch distribution will begin on June 15 and go until August 28, 2026, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We will take a short break to observe Independence Day on Friday July 3rd
Library Volunteers will join us to give away books on:
Monday June 22nd, Monday July 6th, Monday August 10th

11:30 am - 11:50 am @ Kegonsa Elementary School - Near the front door
12:00 pm - 12:20 pm @ Bayview Heights Trailer Park - Outside the Office
12:30 pm - 12:50 pm @ Stoughton High School - By the baseball diamond on Jackson St
Each lunch will include: a choice of sandwich, string cheese, vegetable, fruit, pretzels or chips, granola bar, and fruit bar.
Kids can take two meal bags on Mondays and Wednesdays and three meal bags on Friday.

Make Lunches
Lunches are prepared Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Stoughton Area Youth Center 567 E. Main St Stoughton.
Deliver Lunches
Lunches are delivered at multiple sites throughout Stoughton.
Food Prep Volunteers meet at 9:30am at Stoughton Youth Center to prepare food and pack lunches. Please wear closed-toed shoes. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 16 OR OLDER.
Lunch Distribution Volunteers will meet at 11:15am at the Stoughton Youth Center, assist in loading the lunches, and drive the lunches to the distribution sites. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 18 OR OLDER, have transportation to and from distribution sites. BACKGROUD CHECKS ARE REQUIRED.
